Chris Blender
Chris is a respected leader known for his entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach to solving complex business challenges. He is a big believer in partnerships and creating win-win results. He has been instrumental in developing and growing Integra’s technology-based service offerings, and he oversees a multitude of Integra client focused teams in driving innovation while producing high-quality results for Integra Partners’ clients.
Previously, Chris led information management companies in Canada, Europe, and Australia where he was relied on to turn around underperforming organizations. He has an established track record of rapidly producing improved performance and growth. His ability to analyze and quickly assess areas that require attention has been key as he’s led Integra through the past several years of rapid growth.

Colleen Moretti
Colleen Moretti is a born entrepreneur who set out to create change in the information management space. Her drive to innovate and challenge traditional information management practices has been a hallmark of her career. Making information management processes simple and practical is her mantra. She believes and has proven that when information is managed well, positive business results are achieved.
Colleen has spent her entire career in various information management roles and has designed and implemented solutions for organizations such as energy, government, legal, financial, and utility sector. Colleen enjoys developing strategies, setting information standards, and executing programs that compliment the industries with which she is partnering.

Melanie Mctee
Melanie played a key role in shaping and delivering Integra’s Managed Services. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing our Operational Excellence program. She now leads our Managed and Digital Services teams as she drives innovation in these lines of business by effectively engaging our clients to understand their challenges and delivering practical and fit for purpose solutions.

Cam Broadhead
Cam is the technical brain behind Integra’s digital services. He has led our imaging teams for the past eight years and he knows what it takes to deliver high-quality images for our clients. Cam has been an integral player in growing this line of business from 2 million pages/year to the current rate of 13+ million pages/year. A big part of that growth has been Cam’s ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy within our business. His keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities enable him to set the tone for operational excellence within our teams.
Previously, Cam was a top performer in the recruiting space, and he has brought the leadership and coordination skills he learned there into his past ten years at Integra. Cam is also an internationally certified wheelchair rugby referee.
Digital Lead
Megan Alexander
Megan is passionate about leading clients towards simple and sustainable information management solutions. An Integra veteran with 10+ years under her belt, Megan thrives in the areas of information governance, M365 document management, and holistic information management programs. With a robust background in change management and project management, Megan is one of the driving forces behind Integra’s successful project deliveries.
Most recently, Megan has spearheaded Integra’s M365 consulting stream, helping clients leverage out-of-the-box M365 functionality to automate and transform mundane manual processes. Emphasizing user adoption and end user experience, Megan leads our teams in ensuring seamless tech implementations and high stakeholder engagement. She combines strategic leadership with technological expertise to deliver unparalleled results across our services.
